42 y.o woman who had undergone 3 prior rhinoplasties prior to presenting for consultation.  This patient was unable to breathe through the nose, but was also bothered by the deviation of the nose to the left and the prominence of the nasal tip.  This patient also has a finding known as a "hanging columella" on the lateral view, where too much of the nostril opening can be seen.
